Cultivating Community

Employee resource groups, ERGs, are a way for members of CIVIC to connect over a shared identity, cause and/or interest. They aim to provide a safe space for open and honest conversations as well as a forum to develop related solutions and initiatives for the larger company.

Additionally, if you have an idea for another group, we’d love to hear about it!


Golden

 

Golden aims to promote inclusion and a sense of belonging for Civic’s AAPI community. We will accomplish this mission through social activities to boost fun and camaraderie, sharing resources with one another and to the wider company, and by participating in community volunteer activities.

The Black Agenda

 

The Black Agenda aims to foster a resourceful community for our Black employees, to create a network of support for education and professional development, and above all, to uplift, honor, and celebrate the contributions of our community members.

Caregivers

 

Through group discussions, speakers, and resources supporting quarterly themes, the Caregivers ERG provides holistic tools that encourage growth in our lives both in and out of the office.

Adelante

 

With intention and individuality, Adelante aims to provide a positive and inclusive environment for the Latina/o/e/x community and its allies by engaging in team activities, conversations, and social impact.

Prism

 

Prism exists to support a sense of belonging and representation within Civic and beyond, for those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and allies. We work to build camaraderie and connection among those with shared lived experiences, self-educate, spread messaging to Civic, and develop practices that seek to help all colleagues, clients and partners be more inclusive in personal and professional activities and relationships.

Collective

 

Collective is an inclusive and intersectional resource group with the chief aim to spark personal and professional development and foster a sense of belonging amongst Civic employees who identify in any capacity as women or allies.

CHAI

 

Our mission is to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates Jewish identity, fosters cultural understanding, and advocates inclusion within the Civic community.
